When we found Annette's Airbnb listing, it was fully vacant from July 1st to the end of the month. She had just two short bookings in August, and usually nothing after summer ended. Truth is, guests couldn’t guess how unique and totally ideal her suite was — just two minutes from the heart of Kennebunkport, Maine. We went for a stay, got a real feel for the place, and chatted with Annette. That’s when we uncovered the missing pieces. Today, she’s booked and busy — and guests are loving the place.
